ECL S48 to host maiden Asian LAN

ESL Challenger League Season 48 Asia set to have offline finals

Adding further strength to the Asian Counter-Strike landscape, ESL have announced that the ongoing ESL Challenger League Season 48 (Asia) will host a LAN event for it's final phase, bringing the top four teams to China.

The LAN will run on 2nd and 3rd November 2024 in front of a live audience in China. Specifics on the venue and tickets have not been disclosed yet, more updates on the same shall follow as and when made public by ESL FACEIT Group. The double round-robin format regular season is set to end in the second week of October.

This initiative not only supports the growth of teams and players but also brings the excitement of live competition to the local community.

The playoffs begins on 15th October 2024 and will conclude with the aforementioned LAN event on 2nd and 3rd November 2024. Alongside cash prizes of $15,000 USD and $8,000 USD, the top two teams walk away with coveted ESL Pro League Season 21 invites.

Gods Reign are the Indian representatives at the ongoing ESL Challenger League Season 48 (Asia) and the team got off to a shaky start with back to back losses against TYLOO and ATOX. They sit at the lower end of the table (#15) with six wins and twelve losses to their name.
