Gods Reign's ECL S48 Asia-Pacific Playoffs journey starts tomorrow
After a top 10 finish in the ESL Challenger League Season 48 Asia-Pacific, Gods Reign qualified for the ESL Challenger League Season 48 Asia-Pacific Playoffs, and the 10-team online playoffs have four spots up for grabs for the LAN finals.
The Indian team made it to the Lower Bracket and will face Russian team SGGT in the lower bracket round 1 game. Should Gods Reign win their opening game, they will face the loser of The Huns - Bromo matchup in the Upper Bracket Round 1 game. Gods Reign will then have to get past them to make it to the lower bracket semi-finals, where they once again will have to battle it out in a do-or-die encounter and the Indian team will need three back-to-back BO3 wins to make it to the ESL Challenger League Season 48 Asia-Pacific Finals, which will be a LAN event taking place in China between November 2 - November 3, 2024. The top 2 teams from the LAN Final will lock in their spots in the ESL Pro League Season 21.
All the matches in the Playoffs will be BO3 and direct elimination in the lower bracket. Other teams in the ESL Challenger League Season 48 Asia-Pacific Playoffs are TYLOO, ATOX, Lynn Vision, GR, Bromo, IHC, -72c, The Huns and SGGT.
