Gods Reign confirm ECL S48 playoffs spot

Gods Reign's latest series of games against DEWA United concluded their regular season run at the ESL Challenger League: Asia Season 48. With 13 wins and 17 losses to their name, Gods Reign finished in 10th place and have confirmed a playoffs appearance.

The playoffs will begin next week on 15th October 2024 and will run for four days. A double-elimination bo3 bracket accommodating ten teams will kick off in a bo3 setting. The grand-final switches to bo5 format. ESL have announced that the ongoing ESL Challenger League Season 48 (Asia) will host a LAN event for it's final phase, bringing the top four teams to China on 2nd and 3rd November 2024.

Gods Reign will start in the lower-bracket and will face SayGGTeam in their opening game on 15th October 2024 at 05:30PM IST. Gods Reign have faced SayGGTeam twice in the regular season but have come up short on both occasions. Gods Reign will need to survive five rounds of lower-bracket games to contest for a LAN spot.
