ATOX take down The QUBE
ATOX took on The QUBE in the opening round of the MESA Pro Series Fall 2024 Finals and picked up where they left off in Stage 2. The first map took us to Ancient where ATOX started on the T-side and the trio of cool4st, yAmi and MiQ wreaked havoc on The QUBE with T-side ratings of 2.06, 2.03 and 2.07.
The QUBE took the pistol round in the second half but ATOX stole the anti-eco, shattering the T-side economy off the back of which they closed out Ancient 13-4 to go 1-0 up in the series. cool4st finished the map with 19 frags to his name at an ADR of 120 and a HLTV rating of 2.16.
Going into Nuke, The QUBE once again got off to a shaky start on the T-side, conceding eight rounds in a row before opening their account. The QUBE were once again put at a 9-3 disadvantage with sk0R and MiQ dropping multi-kills round after round.
ATOX put up a clean T-side and closed out Nuke 13-3, and knocked The QUBE down to the lower bracket where they face off against either IHC or Clutch. ATOX now sit in the upper-final.
