Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 ticket sales date revealed

Tournament organisers, Perfect World, who will be hosting the first-ever Major in Asia, the Shanghai Major, has revealed the dates for the sale of tickets for the Playoffs, which will go live on October 25, 2024 at 14:00 GMT(11:30 AM IST).

The tickets are being sold in two bundles, with the weekday bundle being the quarter-final games for December 12 - December 13, 2024 while the weekend bundle covers the semi-finals and grand final between December 14 - December 15, 2024.

HLTV's report for the matter states that Perfect World has told HLTV that the Opening and Elimination stages for the Major will feature live audiences but with 'limited availability' (2,000 per day), will be open to only Chinese audiences. The ticketing details also revealed that the Playoffs will be played at a 'central stage' in the SPD Bank Oriental Sports Center.
