ESL Challenger League S48 Relegation: Preview

The ESL Challenger League Season 48 Relegation: Asia kicks off today with four teams kicking off proceedings in the first stage. The first stage hosts a double-elimination bracket. All the games will run a bo3 setting and the top two teams will proceed to the next stage.

Two invited teams- DEWA United and FengDa Gaming will start directly in the second stage following the same format from the first stage. Two teams- winner of the upper bracket and winner of the lower bracket will get direct invites to the ESL Challenger League.

The opening round of games feature Rare Atom taking on Never Say never and Noobs But Diligent locking horns with THE. Rare Atom are the only invited team across both stages. The Chinese team recently made an appearance at the Opening Stage of the Perfect World Shanghai 2024 Major where took down fnatic in a bo3 before making their exit.
