2024 has been the summit of m0NESY's career, as he has averaged a 1.27 rating throughout. He has also emerged as the MVP at three events, including IEM Dallas 2024, BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024, and BLAST Premier World Final 2024.

Last time a CS2 player was awarded the #1 recognition was in 2021 and 2022 when s1mple claimed back to back PC Gamer of the year title.
