MESA Asian Masters dates announced

Though a post on X, MESA have announced the dates for the upcoming MESA Asian Masters, a three phase tournament that starts with open qualifiers and ends with a sixteen team LAN event in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The winner of the tournament gets a coveted PGL Bucharest 2025 slot, an S-tier tournament carrying a prize pool of $1,250,000 USD.

The event gets underway in mid-February with the open qualifiers across three regions- Asia, MENA and Oceania. All important dates are as follows:

These open qualifiers will run a single-elimination bracket with games towards the latter end switching to bo3s. PGL Bucharest 2025 starts with sixteen teams in a Swiss System Format, from which eight teams make it to the single-elimination playoffs.
