
Skyesports Souvenir opening matches revealed
Skyesports Souvenir 2025 - National Championship kicks off tomorrow with the first round of matches in the open qualifier. The first round will feature fourteen matches and two teams- Fire's Fanclub and H&M getting byes.
The open qualifiers will run on three days- 18th, 19th and 20th February 2025 with matches starting at 7:00 PM IST on all three days. The third day, featuring four Ro8 games will switch to a bo3 setting. Tomorrow's opening games are as follows:

Once the open qualifier concludes, four teams head into the main event which will be played on LAN at the Bengaluru GAFX 2025, a Gaming, Animation and Visual FX conference supported by the Government of Karnataka's department of E, IT and Bt. The main event begins of 27th February 2025 and will carry a prize pool of βΉ5,00,000 INR. The format for the main event is yet to be announced.

Skyesports Souvenir was initially set to be canned after Skyesports missed a couple of deadlines according to the tournament guidelines laid down by Valve and was on the verge of becoming an unranked event. Skyesports then announced that the tournament would return as a national championship.
