TOs to use VRS rank while inviting teams for seeding

HLTV's editor in chief, Striker, revealed a recent change made to the Valve's rulebook for tournament seeding. The new change implemented has not been received well, as it can cause a potential discrepancy in the seeding.

Instead of the older rule where the seeding was done based on the VRS if available, now, the TO has to use the Global VRS rank from the invitation VRS rank. According to Striker, this is not ideal as the invites are handed on a much prior date, ranging from 3-4 months, instead of the day of the match, causing a discrepancy in the seeding.
