
Frag Theory sails to Rivalry Rush: Critical Resurgence title
Frag Theory beat 4EVERCOOL 2-0 in the Grand Final of Bharat Ascend Esports' Rivalry Rush: Critical Resurgence, winning their INR 10,000 tournament and securing the top seeding at The New Order main event.
4EVERCOOL's pick of Train kicked off with a trade of rounds from both teams before a couple of late rounds from Frag Theory on their defensive half saw them edge out to take a two round lead. Frag Theory's T side threatened to run away with the map before 5moke's AWP and Owned got 4EVERCOOL back in the map, as they managed to push it to overtime. It was a tight affair in overtime as well, as it required two overtimes to get a result with Frag Theory holding on for a 19-17 win with BrokenxD and _Painnnn topping the scoreboard with 33 and 31 kills respectively.

Frag Theory's pick of Ancient saw an aggressive T side propel them early on to a big lead as they got off to an 8-1 start hitting both bombsites without facing much resistance. They went on to hit nine rounds on their T side with Arvind's 1v2 helping 4EVERCOOL secure a crucial third round right at the end of the opening half. It was clean from Frag Theory on their CT have with Grudge denying Riddlesdice 1v2 to close the series with a dominant 13-3 win on their map pick to win the Grand Final 2-0.

Frag Theory's win is also their third title win in the Bharat Ascend Esports' circuit and have secured the INR 7,000 prize money for their first place finish and will head to The New Order as the top seed. First Contact and Critical Resurgence were the two qualifier tournament for the main event, The New Order and all of the semi-finalists from Critical Resurgence have made their way to The New Order, which will boast of an INR 30,000 prize pool.
