WELCOME TO DUST2 INDIA: A MESSAGE TO OUR COUNTER-STRIKE FANS

To all our readers and fellow Counter-Strike fans, who share the same love for the game as us, we at Dust2 India would like to welcome you to our latest project. This is not a news report but more of a welcome message to our fellow Counter-Strike fans across India.

For some time now, HLTV have been growing their Counter-Strike family worldwide and it was only right that we came to India as well. Being the most populous country in the world, there is no dearth of Counter-Strike fans in India. While it might not be a thriving region when it comes to the game, there are thousands and thousands of Counter-Strike fans in the country and it is because of these fans that we are here. Being a leading news agency, our first responsibility is to bring all the latest updates from the world of Counter-Strike and Indian Counter-Strike to you. But that isn't all.

We aim to be your go-to place for all things Counter-Strike and not only will we bring you the latest from Counter-Strike worldwide and the latest from the Indian Counter-Strike region but we also aim to build a community for the lovers of the game, where they can engage with fellow Counter-Strike fans. Our website already has a Community section, where we expect you to join in on discussions related to everything Counter-Strike. We will also provide you with platforms to connect with fellow Counter-Strike fans and maybe even game together!

Aside from this, shortly in the future, we also aim to host tournaments in the country and also aim to team up with various Indian organisations on the same. We will also be hosting multiple fan-engagement activities, all of which will be revealed soon.

Our main vision is to develop and grow the Indian Counter-Strike scene and we aim to do that through not only content, but various other ways, which we will evaluate over time, making sure we understand what the community needs to take steps in the right direction.

These are exciting times for the game in India, there are multiple Counter-Strike tournaments and events being planned for the near future and we hope for your full support to grow the game in India. Multiple Indian esports organisations are also taking their first steps into the world of Counter-Strike or returning to it and while we will be supporting them, we hope you do too.

Finally, we would like to thank you for the support you have shown us since we announced our India project and as we start this journey, it's a journey you and us take together to build a vibrant Counter-Strike community and keep growing. As we start, we have a small team consisting of Shashank, Arnav and Aditya, who are working towards developing the Indian community and would also need your support.
