NAVI reverse sweeps Furia to set matchup with Vitality

NAVI had to battle through all three maps to ensure their survival in the tournament.

Nuke began explosively for NAVI, with s1mple taking the reins early on by nearly acing the pistol. As a result, NAVI smoothly moved forward to a 2-0 start. Some pivotal kills from KSCERATO and clever late-round calls from FalleN led to a score equalization while breaking the economy of NAVI. KSCERATO remained a dominant force in the half as he took his team to a 4-3 lead, but it was s1mple's AWP that erected an impregnable defense, allowing NAVI to amass 10 rounds on their CT side.

The advantageous position that NAVI had enjoyed began to gradually erode as Furia won the first two rounds of their CT half. While NAVI brought back a round with deagles, Furia's unyielding resilience stood strong. The once-comfortable 11-7 lead enjoyed by NAVI dissipated, as Furia embarked on a 9 round streak, ultimately securing the map 16-11. FalleN, who just had 3 kills to his name in the first half, got a remarkable 9-1 K-D on the defensive.

Next up was NAVI's map pick of Mirage. They kicked off their T-side dominantly, gaining an early 3-0 advantage. Furia swiftly equalized with a trio of rounds. However, it was iM who stepped up to the challenge, significantly contributing to NAVI's subsequent streak of 7 rounds. FalleNsummoned a nostalgic brilliance, with his 4K to shutdown the B push on the second last round of the first half, allowing Furia to muster a total of 5 rounds.

As NAVI clinched the first three CT rounds, they edged closer to victory, advancing the score to 13-5. However, Furia refused to go down without a fight. FalleN put his AWP to use, finding a lot of impact on the T side. However, with the margin error so slim, it was a tough nut to crack. Despite grappling for two hard-fought additional rounds, NAVI emerged triumphant with a final score of 16-13.

A straight-out-the-gate B rush from Furia netted them the T pistol on Ancient. But it was all they could in the first 11 rounds, as NAVI went on a 10-round spree with b1t going nuclear on the A side defense. The streak was finally halted by Furia's 3v5 B play, disrupting NAVI's momentum, and then they added another round to bring the score to 3-10. Nevertheless, NAVI swiftly regained their stride, taking 12 rounds into their T-side.

A well-coordinated A split ensured the pistol win for NAVI, as they kickstarted their T campaign with a two-round streak. Despite losing the 2v3 on the first buy round, NAVI bounced back on the following forced round, fueled by a scorching 2k play by jL at the B site. This turn of events forced Furia into a string of rounds with limited resources, ultimately allowing NAVI to conclude the map decisively with a score of 16-4.
