5yclone take down M80
Starting off on the T-side of Nuke 5yclone took the pistol and converted the follow-up, off the back of which they went 4-1 early in the game. Despite the duo of JamYoung and Moseyuh finding great form, M80 did well to contain 5yclone and keep the first half real close at 7-8. On their T-side, JamYoung and Moseyuh held ADRs of 109 and 107 each.
5yclone rode the momentum, putting up 4 in a row to start off the second half, going 12-7. M80 could claw back no more than 3 rounds, as 5yclone closed out their map pick Nuke, 16-10, going 1-0 up in the series. kaze came alive in the second half alongside JamYoung and Moseyuh and M80 could not get past the trio's CT-defense.
M80 started strong on the CT-side of Anubis, going 4-0. At 5-1, Moseyuh's aggression got a crucial 2nd round for 5yclone and went on to put up 4 in a row to level things at 5-5. M80 managed to get a narrow 6-8 lead but 5yclone fought back, ending the half neck to neck again with a 7-8 score line. Moseyuh held an ADR of 106 on 5yclone's T-side.
Initial rounds were traded back and forth to start off the second half and when 5yclone were on the verge of breaking M80's bank at 9-10, M80 stole an eco round, breaking 5yclone's bank instead. With good individual performances from either sides, the match went right down to the wire at 13-12, with M80 ahead by an inch. JamYoung and Moseyuh legged it across the map shutting down M80's A-play with a double flank and levelling the score at 13-13, shambling M80's economy to confirm 5yclone's 14th.
