Legacy Esports secure TEGC 2023 Grand Final spot

The first semi-final of the Taiwan Excellence Gaming Cup 2023 saw Legacy Esports take on Marcos Gaming in the BO1 match.

Legacy Esports started on the T side of Overpass with Legacy going on the take a slight advantage at the end of the first half at 7-5. It was a strong defence half from Legacy with L0ngBarrel having a brilliant map, as they made sure Marcos had no scope of a comeback, shutting them out to secure the map at 13-9 and book their spot in the Grand Finals of the Taiwan Excellence Gaming Cup 2023.

The second semi-final will be played on October 14, 2023 between Gods Reign and KingsPins, to decide the other team in the Grand Final. Both semi-finals are being played offstream while the Grand Final will be a LAN event in Mumbai in November 2023.
