DogEvil forfeits China MRQ opening game against TYLOO due to Steam ID issue

As per the official reasoning, it is revealed DogEvil's BZA 'was unable to change his Steam account to match the registered account within the required timeframe, even though he was given sufficient time to do so. As a result, his team was declared the loser in accordance with the MAJOR rules, leading to a 2:0 victory for TYLOO. HLTV's report on the matter claims that the TO stated that BZA's registered Steam ID was banned on the B5 platform, where the MRQs are being held. The Steam ID was banned for cheating seven years ago.'

The result sets up TYLOO for a match against Lynn Vision in the upper bracket final while DogEvil will have to fight elimination against Rare Atom in the lower bracket game.
