dupreeh joins Heroic

After being benched by Vitality a couple of months ago, CS:GO's most successful player, with regards to Majors, dupreeh has found a new home. The Dane will be moving to Heroic, to replace cadiaN and will stay with the team until the end of the year.

Heroic had announced earlier this month that they have benched their in-game leader and primary AWPer cadiaN. dupreeh joins after a successful stint with Vitality which saw him win his fifth Major, the most for any individual player in CS:GO history and after his stellar journey with Astralis and short and successful stint with Vitality, dupreeh will hope for more success with the Danes.

This is the first time since leaving Astralis that dupreeh returns to a Danish set-up, after spending a year and a half in Vitality's international set-up. It remains to be seen as to who will be calling the shots as dupreeh previously had mentioned that he isn't the ideal candidate to lead. While the IGL-ing remains a question, it is pretty clear that stavn will pick up the Big Green, taking over from cadiaN.

dupreeh will be making his Heroic debut this week in the Roobet Cup, where Heroic will play against Aurora.

With dupreeh joining the Danes, the Heroic lineup till the end of the year is as follows:
