Skyesports reassures commitment to Counter-Strike while Blink Entertainment reveals CS2 plans

Bright future for CS in 2024 and beyond

Skyesports' CEO Shiva Nandy in a conversation on the social media platform X, once again spoke about Skyesports' Counter-Strike 2 plans and reaffirming the firm's commitment to the title.

Replying to a user who raised the question about the Indian TOs' long-term plans for CS2 moving into 2024, Nandy answered back stating that they are 'fully committed to focusing on Counter-Strike throughout the year.'

Just a couple of days back, Nandy himself had announced that Skyesports are following ESL and BLAST to build their Counter-Strike 2024 calendar, which will be revealed after the BLAST Premier World Final 2023.

Earlier in the day, Blink Entertainment's CEO Chinmay Deshmukh also revealed that Blink's first CS2 event, the Blink Pro League, will have a LAN semi-final and final part of their Challenger Series. More details about the tournament are awaited.
