Gods Reign run through Guardian 5

After a harrowing defeat to komsomolsk in their Round 2 Upper Bracket game, Gods Reign were up against Pakistan's Guardian 5 in their Lower Bracket run at the ESEA Season 47: Open Asia Playoffs.

Gods Reign 13 - 2 Guardian 5 (Vertigo)

The Pakistani's squads pick of Vertigo got the series underway with Gods Reign starting strong with a 5-0 lead. The Indian team went on to take a big lead at 10-2 at the end of the opening half and Crazy_Gamer and co. secured both pistols of the map and wrapped up Vertigo with ease at 13-2.

Gods Reign 13 - 5 Guardian 5 (Ancient)

Ancient was Gods Reign's pick and it was the Pakistani squad taking the opening pistol. Guardian 5 started with a 3-0 lead before Gods Reign took the opening gun round to get on the board. Once Gods got on the board, they got the ball rolling to end the half with a 7-5 lead.

Gods Reign evened out the pistols on Ancient by securing the second half pistol and it was a flawless half from the Indian team as they secured their pick of Ancient at 13-5.

The clean 2-0 win keeps Gods Reign's Lower Bracket run alive and they will be back in the server tomorrow taking on the winner of the JDT_untitled vs MiraiGaming match.
