Team India gets Perfecto for BLAST Showmatch
With BLAST having announced The Draft just day ago, which will be a $50k tournament for the Indian and Pakistani teams, the launch of the Draft will be officially celebrated tomorrow during the BLAST Premier World Finals 2023 through a special Showmatch.
The Showmatch will be held between India and Pakistan with the recent DreamHack Hyderabad 2023 winners True Rippers (the lineup won as Marcos Gaming but with Marcos closed their CS division and the lineup was picked up by True Rippers) representing the Indian team while WahWah from Pakistan will represent their country.
BLAST had also revealed that the Showmatch will have an added twist with 2 top-tier professional players joining each team to increase the intensity.
The first of the two pros have been announced and Major winning star Perfecto, who currently plays for Cloud9 will be one of the pros on the Indian team. SunPayus will be one of the professional players on the Pakistani team.
The revelation of the other two pros are still awaited. The teams will have 3 members from their respective country along with the two T1 pros drafted into each team.
