Four Indian teams (Old School Esports, Enigma Gaming, Gods Reign and 2ez Gaming) have booked their spot in the Ro16 games, which will take place tomorrow. The PGL admins had mentioned that the Bo3 games can take place tomorrow only if both teams agree but it looks like the teams have decided to play tomorrow.

We started the day with 18 Indian teams and while some failed to turn up, we had multiple teams in action today and at the end of the day, we have four teams still in contention to make it to the Closed Qualifiers.

2ez Gaming fourth Indian team to book Ro16 spot ◴ 15:56

2ez Gaming ran through SecretGaming 13-1 on Inferno in the Ro32 and have become the fourth Indian team to book their spot in the Ro16 after Enigma Gaming, Old School Esports and Gods Reign.

Grayfox and Revenge Esports knocked out ◴ 15:40

In their Ro32 game against LM68, Grayfox Esports went down fighting 11-13 on Vertigo which ends rite2ace and co.'s journey in the Rest of Asia Qualifier.

Revenge Esports also went down in the Ro32 game, getting blown away 1-13 by SR Nacague.

In a rematch of the recently concluded The Draft India Qualifiers final, it was 2ez Gaming taking on FIREDUP Gaming but it was 2ez Gaming turning the tables around this time as they knocked their compatriots out in the Ro64 after winning Ancient 13-8.

Gods Reign survives scares ◴ 15:08

In their Ro32 game, Gods Reign were up against SprayJutsu from Uzbekistan and survived a scare to pip their opponents 16-14 on Mirage to move to the Ro16 stage.

Enigma Gaming books Ro16 ◴ 14:54

Enigma Gaming eases Hyperstar 13-5 on Anubis, like Old School Esports and have secured their spot in the Ro16. Enigma will play the winner of the MythAvenueGaming and Red ViperZ game in the Bo3 game.

Enigma Gaming becomes the second Indian team after Old School Esports to book their spot in the Ro16

Ro16 games to be held today itself ◴ 14:45

PGL admins have announced that the Bo3 Round of 16 matches, which were scheduled for January 17, 2023 will take place today itself if both teams agree.

rite2ace's Grayfox Esports took down LostTeach 13-8 on Vertigo in their opening round game and now face LM68 in the Ro32 game.

LOT Gaming knocked out ◴ 14:33

LOT Gaming suffers a big 3-13 loss to DarkSideCS on Mirage, which knocks them out of the Rest of Asia Qualifiers.

Old School Esports through to Ro16 ◴ 14:20

Old School Esports becomes the first team through to the Round of 16, running through UI PLEASE SIGN US!!!! 13-1 on Anubis. Old School Esports now are waiting for their opponents in the BO3 game.

Gods Reign are playing their Ro32 game against SprayJutsu on Mirage. Old School Esports are up against UI PLEASE SIGN US!!!! on Anubis. Enigma Gaming is facing Hyperstar on Anubis as well while KingPins are waiting for their opponents in the Ro32.

True Rippers misses out ◴ 13:46

True Rippers, Airavata Esports, Legacy Esports, iKaRi, Wasted Potential, Random5, NEVERLOSTICSGO and Blink are some of the Indian teams who didn't confirm their participation on time and missed out.

It is learnt that True Rippers have had some issue and have raised the issue with the Tournament admins.

Bracket live as multiple teams get bye in the opening round ◴ 13:36

The first round of matches have been revealed and we have Gods Reign, Old School Esports, Enigma Gaming, Revenge Esports and KingPins getting bye to next round.

2ez Gaming will face Indian team FIREDUP Gaming in their opening round, LOT Gaming is up against DarkSide CS while Grayfox is playing LostTeach.

Multiple Indian teams to start Major journey today ◴ 13:20

18 Indian teams will be taking part in the Rest of Asia Open Qualifier today, hoping to making it to the Closed Qualifier. While the usual suspects in Gods Reign, KingPins and Enigma Gaming will be in the server, Grayfox Esports, Random5, iKaRi, Wasted Potential and FIREDUP Gaming will also be taking part amongst others with the qualifier set to be played on the Indian server, which hopefully should be helpful for the teams.
