IEM Chengdu Asia Open Qualifier 2 starts today
IEM Chengdu 2024's second Asian open qualifier is set to take place today. The open qualifier will run a single elimination bracket and will send the winner to the closed qualifier which will take place on 26th and 27th January 2024.

The Huns have already booked their closed qualifier spot by winning the first Asian open qualifier. A handful of Indian teams took to the server for a shot at the closed qualifier but the outing was far from eventful with Gods Reign, Grayfox Esports, True Rippers, Enigma Gaming and other Indian representatives getting knocked out on day 1.

The Asian closed qualifier will run a double-elimination bracket with the winner securing their IEM Chengdu 2024 spot. TheMongolz and TYLOO have secured invites to the closed qualifier. TYLOO notably gets a second chance after their loss in the Chinese qualifier.
