Grayhound brushes aside ATOX in Asia RMR opener

INS goes big as Australian pick up big win

The second game of the PGL CS2 Copenhagen Major 2024 Asia RMR saw Grayhound go up against ATOX, with The Mongolian team playing underdogs to dexter and his squad. The map veto saw Ancient as the playground with the Australian team starting on the defensive half.

An INS quad kill saw Grayhound convert a 3v5 to pick up the opening pistol to get things underway. An INS triple in the first gun helped Grayhound turn around a 2v3 on the A site to start with four on the trot. The closest ATOX came to a round was a 1v1 against aliStair which the AWP-er clutched out to see the Australians start 8-0 before a MiQ triple on an upgraded pistol buy saw the Mongolians pick up their first T round.

aliStair came in with a crucial triple on the A site to convert another 3v5 and it was important clutches from the AWPer which helped Grayhound start with an 10-2 lead. Zesta denied aliStair a 1v4 in the post pistol on the A site to see ATOX win the second pistol. ATOX managed two rounds in the second half but that was all as the Australians made it a strong start to their RMR campaign, taking a 13-4. It was INS who ended on top of the scoreboard with an incredible 25 kills with an ADR of 143.1.

Grayhound will now face The Mongolz in the Upper Bracket semi-final later on today.
