ESL Challenger Jönköping: Asia closed qualifier invitees announced

ESL took to X, to announce the two invited teams that will battle it out in the Asian closed qualifier of the ESL Challenger Jönköping 2024. Asia's #1 and #2 ranked teams on the HLTV rankings - TheMongolz and Lynn Vision have secured closed qualifier invites.

The closed qualifier will feature a total of four teams - two invited teams and the top two teams from the Asian open qualifier which takes place today. The closed qualifier will run on 2nd and 3rd April 2024, hosting a double-elimination Bo3 bracket to send one team to the main event.

With no changes over the last six months, TheMongolz have been a force to reckon with in the Asian scene with a rock solid performance at the recent Asia-Pacific RMR for PGL Copenhagen 2024. Lynn Vision also proved themselves at the RMR, taking down Grayhound to book their maiden Major spot.
