Reason for Liquid's Skyesports Masters 2024 withdrawal revealed

A day after Team Liquid had announced that they will be withdrawing their participation from the upcoming Skyesports Masters 2024, Liquid have been revealed as one of the two teams who are headed to IEM Chengdu 2024 as replacements.

With Liquid headed to China, cadiaN and co. would not have been able to play in the $350,000 tournament which takes place during the same time as EIM Chengdu 2024 (April 8 - April 14). Liquid will be replacing M80 at the event.

The Skyesports Masters 2024 was recently moved online, shifting from their original LAN plans with the Indian tournament organiser stating the Indian general elections as the reason for the switch to online.
