The Open Qualifier will accommodate 16 teams in a single-elimination bracket and is open to teams from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bhutan, irrespective of gender. Indian teams should posses an Indian core with the rest of the players being from the SEA region.

Dust2 India - 1XBET Masters 9 will pick up a total of teams from two qualifiers with a prize of pool of $1,500 USD. The second open qualifier for the event will run on 27th April 2024 and the main event is set to take place on 28th April 2024.
