Rare Atom upset The MongolZ
In group A's winners' match at the 5E Arena Asia Cup Fall 2024 - BLAST Premier Qualifier, The MongolZ took on Rare Atom in a bo1 on Inferno. Starting on the CT-side, Rare Atom got off to a 3-0 start and despite strong resistance from The MongolZ, they managed to convert it into a 7-5 first half in their favor.
After conceding the first couple of rounds in the second half, The MongolZ fell apart, as Rare Atom marched to match point without dropping a single T-side round. The MongolZ were able claw back just a single round, conceding Inferno 13-6 to Rare Atom.
Rare Atom go 2-0 to kick off their 5E Arena Asia Cup Fall 2024 - BLAST Premier Qualifier campaign and move to the top of the table in group A. The MongolZ will play against Steel Helmet again in their next game.
