ATOX breeze past THE
In the Lower Bracket Final of Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 East Asia RMR Closed Qualifiers, ATOX clashed against the Russian team THE. THE had qualified over -72c despite a loss, due to a player verification process failure on -72c's side.
Kicking off on Anubis, ATOX were able to manhandle the defenses in the first half, going up 10-2 at halftime. With 4 out of 5 players boasting over 90 ADR, ATOX cruised past the finish line with a 13-4 score line.
Next up was Inferno, where ATOX repeated the the score line in the first half, notching 10 rounds on their T-side. Without much resilience, ATOX closed out the map and series with another 13-4 win.
ATOX now will face Chinggis Warriors in the Consolidation Final of the East Asia RMR Closed Qualifier with the winner set to take on GR for a spot in the Asia RMR.
