Chet aims at Counter-Strike return
Chet, a well known coach and analyst in the VALORANT competitive scene took to X to express his interest towards a Counter-Strike return in a coaching role. For broadcasting VoDs considered "confidential", Riot handed down a five-months suspension to Chet which pushed him to explore opportunities his former title.
Chet worked as a coach and analyst in the Counter-Strike pro scene with his first venture dating all the way back to 2016 with Counter Logic Gaming. After a string of B and C tier qualifier wins, OpTiC Gaming picked him up where he led the team to an ESL Pro League Season 6 - North America title win.
His journey then continued with NRG, EG and 100 Thieves where he put various titles under his belt including cs_summit 3, Intel Extreme Masters XIII - Shanghai, Esports Championship Series Season 6 - North America, Americas Minor Championship - Katowice 2019 and ESL One: New York 2019.
Chet jumped over to VALORANT in 2020 with NRG. He then got involved with a few other big names in the VALORANT scene such as OpTiC, Envy and TSM.
