The MongolZ keep unbeaten run going at Thunderpick World Championship 2024
The MongolZ maintained their unbeaten run at the Thunderpick World Championship 2024 as they took down fnatic in clean fashion to finish on top in Group B.
The Group B winners game had kicked of on The MongolZ's pick of Mirage, which saw blameF's crew start with the early advantage with bLitz being the only one keeping The MongolZ in the fight in the early rounds. The MongolZ did manage to turn it around on their CT half as Senzu and mzinho turned up, denying fnatic an overtime chance to lock in a 13-11 win.
Dust2 began in a similar manner, with fnatic taking the lead on their T side early on before a late CT-sided comeback led by the AWP of 910 tied up the opening half. It was a stomping on the T side from The MongolZ as they raced away to a 13-7 win to close out the series 2-0.
