MESA Asia Series announced

Adding to the list of tournaments in the Asian Counter-Strike scene, MESA recently announced the Asia Series, a circuit split into four tournaments. Series 1, 2 and 3 will kick off the circuit, leading up to the finals. With a combined prize pool of $55,000 USD, the initial three phases of the event will carry prize pools of $10,000 USD each.

Gods Reign have secured an invite for the MESA Asia Series and while sources close to Dust2 India are positive on Gods Reign accepting the invite, the organization is yet to officially announce the same. Updates on the same shall follow as and when made public by the organization.

Series #1 starts with eight teams put in a GSL groups stage across two groups. Top three teams from each group will advance to a single-elimination bracket playoffs where the top four teams advance to the next phase- Series #2. The grand-final will play out as a bo5.

IHC and ATOX have confirmed their Series #1 slots through the MESA Pro Series: Fall 2024 and four slots remain open to invites, meanwhile two slots are reserved for the Mongolian qualifier.
