The MongolZ bootcamp in Germany

EU practice for bLitz's boys

The MongolZ are currently in Berlin, Germany for the Thunderpick World Championship 2024, where they have made the Grand Final against HEROIC. Ahead of the LAN Finals tournament, and with the ASIA RMR also rounding the corner, the Mongolian team was spotted bootcamping in Germany itself.

According to their post on X, The MongolZ used BIG's bootcamp to prepare themselves for the upcoming slate of tournaments. The MongolZ have looked subpar, going out in 9-12th fashion at EPL S20 and IEM Cologne 2024, and a 7-8th finish at IEM Rio 2024 but have found their form in the ongoing Thunderpick World Championship 2024, where they have a chance to win their second LAN of the year.

Their journey to the Shanghai Major 2024 begins on November 11th as they face Alter Ego at the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Asia RMR and experience in Europe will be key for bLitz's boys, gaining not only much needed experience against stronger opponents but also getting a good amount of hours under their belt as they look to make it to the inaugural Asian Counter-Strike Major.

The MongolZ, though aren't the only Asian team bootcamping in Europe, as Rare Atom, another Shanghai Major Asia RMR team, are set up in Serbia and have been participating in a couple of online tournaments in Europe.
