HLTV Awards nominees announced

A month away from the event, HLTV has unveiled the nominees for the upcoming HLTV Awards show. The event will take place in Belgrade, Serbia on 11th January 2025. These community awards will be decided by HLTV users.

The voting phase opens on 17th December 2024 and will end a week later on 24th December 2024. Users on HLTV with accounts created before the announcement are eligible to cast their vote and show their support towards nominees under Talent, Event, Streamer, Creator and Skin of the year. The winners will be announced at the HLTV Awards show.

The methodology for the nominee list includes talent roster appearances at S-tier events for talent of the year, viewership data for event of the year, engagement, views and watch time for creator of the year and airtime and viewership data for streamer of the year. The skin of the year nominees were internally voted down to the final among 34 community weapon finishes of 2024.
