Rivalry Rush: Final Assault preview

Bharat Ascend's Counter-Strike 2 circuit - Rivalry Rush moves into it's concluding phase with it's next and final tournament, Final Assault kicking off later today. The online event comes as the fourth installment in Bharat Ascend's Counter-Strike 2 circuit and will follow the same format as the previous tournaments.

The Rivalry Rush circuit started with Frag Theory posting back to back title wins at Face off and Breaking Point. The most recent tournament in the circuit, Vengeance Rising saw VICTORES SUMUS winning out the event.

A live broadcast of the event will run from the semi-final onwards on Bharat Ascend's YouTube Channel.

Final Assault will feature a ₹10,000 INR prize pool, with an additional incentive for the tournament MVP who will receive a Counter-Strike 2 skin. The competition will follow a straightforward single-elimination format, starting with 16 teams. While the initial rounds will be bo1 matches, the latter end will host bo3s starting from the semi-finals.

Nine teams will take part in the event and the opening round begins with a placement match between Badmash and Burger Boys for a spot into the Ro8 matchup against Frag Theory. The other side of the bracket sees ROG Academy take on Big W and Ehbok Clan face off against 4Evercool.
