HLTV Awards: Community Awards candidates narrow down to final 3

The community have cast their votes for their favorites in the community awards section and as head closer towards the HLTV Awards, the nominees across all categories are thinned down to the final three. The winner will be announced at the HLTV Awards show in Belgrade, Serbia on 11th January 2025. Nearly 150,000 votes were cast on HTLV towards the Community Awards.

The recently concluded Perfect World Shanghai 2024 Major makes it to the final three in the Event of the Year category alongside IEM Katowice 2024 and CS2's first Major- PGL Copenhagen 2024 Major. IEM Katowice was where donk made a name for himself and then cemented his place at the top in the Perfect World Shanghai 2024 Major.

Coming in as Counter-Strike 2's first Major, the PGL Copenhagen 2024 Major was one of the most anticipated events in the year and lived up to the hype. Against all odds, NAVI cleared the playoffs and were crowned as the first ever Counter-Strike 2 Major champions.

Banks, Scrawny and SPUNJ have made it to the final three in the Talent of the Year category, 3kliksphilip, NadeKing and Virre are the final three in the Creator of the Year category. Counter-Strike skin fanatic ohnepixel has made the cut for the final three in the Streamer of the Year category alongside fl0m and dima_wallhacks.

The Skin of the Year narrows down to the final three with the AK-47 | Inheritance by Endrit, M4A1-S | Black Lotus by moonfighter and Zeus x27 | Olympus by apel8.
