ATOX handed a suspension by ESIC over suspected match-fixing
Yesterday, a new revelation came to surface in the world of T1 Counter-Strike, when ATOX, ranked 33 on VRS, was handed a provisional suspension from ESIC member events and PGL events. The suspension came after an ESIC investigation suspected match fixing.
The rumors about an ongoing ESIC investigation over suspected match-fixing on a top 30 ranked team first broke out when Chinese caster Searph had said the same in a social media post.
The suspension of PGL events also included MESA Asian Masters 2025, which is serving as a qualifier for PGL Bucharest 2025. MESA replaced them with Eruption, which were the next qualifying team from Asia.
