WolFy helps Precision One Gaming book a semi-final spot in Kochi

Precision One Gaming became the third to qualify for the semi-finals of the TEC Arena Connect, Kochi event after they edged out Intense Gaming in a thrilling quarter-final on Inferno, that went to overtime. It was Precision One Gaming's WolFy who stepped up when his team needed him the most to help pull them across the line. Intense Gaming had multiple match points in regulations but failed to close it out and Precision One Gaming eventually pulled it to overtime and snatched the win.

Intense Gaming (IG) got things underway on the T side of Inferno. A quick dANNY triple saw IG take the opening pistol. Precision One Gaming (POG) got themselves on the board as soon as they got the guns out as WolFy came in with a crucial double and a WolFy triple saw POG make it two in a row. Back-to-back triples from WolFy saw POG tie the score at 3-3 as the CTs found their footing. WolFy's monopoly of kills on the server continued as he got yet another triple on the A site to cut out an apps execute to see POG take the lead of the game. A couple of impactful rounds from Eacquac's AWP saw IG bring it back to an even score before retaking the lead of the game. A dANNY triple on a B hit from IG saw them secure their ninth and IG ended the opening half with a 9-6 lead.

A quick A hit with yet another WolFy's multi-kill saw POG take the second pistol as well and a G4NN1 came in with a triple Banana opener to get POG to 8-9. Another B hit saw POG tie the score at 9-9. A dANNY 1v2 on a round where IG had pistols and couple of saved guns saw IG get their first CT round to put up ten. w1ck3dz's 1v1 to deny G4tt a 1v3 on the B site saw IG pick up two in a row. Five in a row from the defensive side saw IG go 14-9 up. Two back-to-back A hits from POG finally put an end to the defensive streak. POG managed to take the game all 30 rounds and a precise A hit, after getting the opener on Banana saw POG take the game to overtime, with Gods1ayer coming in with a crucial quad kill in the final round.

IG retook a 2v2 on the A site which saw them pick up the first round in overtime. IG ended the first half of ot with a 17-16 lead as a w1ck3dz triple from Pit closed out the half. POG shut down a late B execute from IG to tie the score at 17-17 and a WolFy quad with the AWP from arches and A site saw POG secure match point. IG tried for a fast A hit, but it was a stellar defence from the CTs that saw POG secure the map at 19-17.

It was a stellar showing from WolFy, who ended the match with 42 kills.
