EFLARE announces CS2 tournament

EFLARE took to X, announcing their first CS2 tournament.

Operating in the South-East Asia (SEA) region, the tournament carries a significant prize pool of $100,000 USD. Registrations for the open qualifier are set to open tomorrow, 27th October 2023.

While not allowing teams from India, China, Mongolia or Russia to take part in the event, the competition is open for teams from
Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong.

The open qualifier will run from 10th November 2023 to 12th November 2023 and the playoffs will commence on 13th November 2023 and conclude on 19th November 2023.

• 8 teams from the open qualifiers and 8 invited teams will battle it out in a double elimination playoffs

• The initial 5 days of the playoffs to feature Bo1 matches

• Upper and lower bracket finals to be played as Bo3s on 18/11/2023

• Grand finals to be played as Bo5 on 19/11/2023
