ESL Challenger Atlanta 2023 Asia Closed Qualifier teams finalised
In the ESL Challenger Atlanta 2023 Asia Open Qualifier, after battling it out over the course of the last two days, we finally have the teams two progressing from the Open Qualifier and it means that the four teams for the ESL Challenger Atlanta 2023 Asia Closed Qualifier have been finalised.
sk0r and Bart4k's new home after TheMongolz, The Huns faced Chinese team Newhappy in the first semi-final with The Huns coming in high on confidence after upsetting Lynn Vision in the BO1 quarter-final. The Chinese team edged out the Mongolian squad 13-10 on The Huns' pick of Ancient. The Huns returned the favour on Newhappy's pick of Inferno with a 13-11 score line.
On the decider on Mirage it was the Chinese squad taking the win at 13-10 as SPine put in a strong performance that saw them book their spot in the ESL Challenger Atlanta Asia Closed Qualifier.
In the other semi-final of the ESL Challenger Atlanta 2023 Asia Open Qualifier, it was ATOX taking on Eruption, in the all Mongolian derby. ATOX ran through Eruption on their opponent's pick of Ancient at 13-5 and on their own pick of Nuke it was an even bigger hammering at 13-3 that saw them secure the final spot in the ESL Challenger Atlanta Asia Closed Qualifier.
