reV3nnnn lays down the law in Revenant debut

The second semi-final of the Esportz Premier Series 2023 Qualifier 2 saw Marcos Gaming take on Revenant with Revenant's new signing reV3nnnn making his debut for the team, finally, as both teams were looking to book their spot in the final against Enigma Gaming.

The opening map of the series was Inferno with Marcos Gaming starting strong with a 4-0 lead on their T side. Revenant managed to bounce back thanks to Bhavi and reV3nnnn's solid CT hold that saw them take a 7-5 lead.

Bhavi called a flawless T side for Revenant that saw them wrap up Inferno at 13-5 with reV3nnnn topping the scoreboard on debut with 26 kills while captain Bhavi had a strong performance not only through calling but fragging as well with 20 kills.

Mirage was the second map of the BO3 series as Marcos started on the CT side this time and it was 9-3 started for DEFAULTER and co. Marcos secured the second pistol and went 11-3 up before it Revenant put up an insane comeback, putting together 9 rounds in a row to perform a tremendous comeback and take the map to overtime.

It was Revenant eventually who closed out their incredible comeback in second overtime to win Mirage 19-16. reV3nnnn's AWP once again being a deciding factor in the result as Revenant's newest player ended the second map with 39 kills.

With the 2-0 series win the semi-final, Revenant now have booked their spot in the Esportz Premier Series 2023 Qualifier 2 Grand Final and will go up against Enigma Gaming.

The winner of the Grand Final will not only win the INR 1 lakh prize pool but also book their spot in the LAN event final, where Gods Reign is waiting for their opponent.
