Bitter end to Gods Reign's ECL S46 Relegation campaign

Indian team bows out in the Lower Bracket

After going down to LonelyS in the Upper Bracket game in the ECL Season 46 Relegation game, Gods Reign were up against MIRAI Gaming in the second Lower Bracket (LB) game after getting a bye in the first LB game.

The series got underway on MIRAI Gaming's pick of Mirage and it was a neck-and-neck half at 6-6 but Gods Reign lost the momentum once they switched sides as Geneka cleaned up the Indian team, dropping 30 kills in regulation as MIRAI secured an easy 13-7 win.

Gods Reign's pick was Anubis with the India team starting strong at 8-4 and with captain Crazy_Gamer leading from the front, Gods Reign closed it out at 13-6 to make sure the series went to a decider and kept themselves alive.

Overpass was the series decider with MIRAI Gaming starting with a strong 10-2 lead amd while Gods Reign fought back strongly in the second half, MIRAI didn't need a lot of rounds as they closed it out at 13-9 to take the series 2-1.

The loss means Gods Reign finishes fifth in the ECL Season 46 Relegation and gets a spot in ESEA Open Season 48.
