Gods Reign were the first team to make it to the Esportz Premier Series Grand Final, making their way through Qualifier but due to Gods Reign's tremendous PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 Asia RMR Closed Qualifier, Gods Reign opted to skip the Esportz Premier Series final due to it clashing with the Closed Qualifier. With Gods Reign missing out, its the finalists from Qualifier 2, Revenant who will be playing the Grand Final against Enigma Gaming. While the Revenant roster have been picked up Marcos Gaming and will be representing themselves on the big stage under their new organisation, the roster would have revenge on mind after losing to Enigma in the Qualifier 2 final.
They might have gone down to Gods Reign in the Qualifier 1 Final, but Enigma Gaming returned to the server in Qualifier 2 and took down ROG Academy in the semi-finals before going up against Bhavi and co. in Revenant in the final. The BO5 final saw and neck-and-neck game but it was SpawN and co.'s tenacity that saw them through, securing a 3-2 win the Grand Final of Qualifier 2 to book their spot in the Grand Final.
While Enigma Gaming have the edge over Marcos' current line-up having beaten them in the qualifier before, the current Marcos Gaming roster hold the edge over Enigma Gaming individually. Like their Qualifier 2 final, the LAN Finale should also be an absolute cracker which might go down to the wire, taking us to all five maps. The Grand Final will be a LAN event held at the NESCO Center in Mumbai, India.
