Team ROG eliminate Marcos Gaming

It was a tough day at the office for Marcos Gaming as Team ROG started strong on the CT-side of Vertigo, restricting Marcos Gaming any map control whatsoever. Having secured just four rounds in the first half, Marcos Gaming needed to put up a solid CT-side starting with the pistol and anti-eco.

Up 11-4, Team ROG had a lot of room to work with especially with ExZite and Rayzer fragging out. Leaving no room for error, Team ROG closed out Vertigo 13-4, eliminating Marcos Gaming in the lower bracket of the NESC CS2 Open 2024.

Having secured a 1.32 rating in the match and 16 frags at an ADR of 87, Antivirus was awarded the match MVP. Team ROG will now go up against Carnival Gaming in the third round of the lower bracket.
