Revenant starts new journey with a win

Following their announcement marking their return to Counter-Strike, Revenant's new European CS2 lineup made their debut at the European Pro League (EPL) Season 18: Division 2 against Swedish organisation Lilmix.

The Group B BO3 encounter saw Lilmix chose Mirage with Revenant going for a Nuke pick, leaving Anubis as the decider. Revenant kicked things off on their CT side with the pistol and with Nivera and adeX wielding a double-AWP setup on the defensive, Revenant ran away to a 11-1 lead. Revenant closed things out at 13-2 to start their series with a big win.

Nuke was a back-and-forth affair to kick things off with a tied score line. Lilmix took the second half pistol to retake the lead of the game on their T side. Lilmix were all set to take it to a third map but Revenant held on against three map points to push Nuke to ovetime. A flawless run in overtime with reiko and NBK- leading from the front saw Revenant secure a 16-12 win to lock in a 2-0 series win in their debut match.

Revenant will take on Lajtbitexe in the Group B winner's match next.
