Thomas and co. leave 5W Gaming

5W Gaming accused of scamming the players

A month after entering the Counter-Strike world, 5W Gaming, esports organisation based out of Bengaluru, India, has been called out by their player Thomas.

The British player announced that him and the rest of the squad are parting ways with 5W Gaming after being 'scammed' by the organisation and the organisation has cut all communication with the players. Thomas announced that the squad is looking to stick together and open to offers. The British IGL for 5W Gaming refrained from sharing further details which led to this decision.

The organisation, which was unknown by most people from the Indian community, signed Thomas, joel, REDSTAR, h4rn and pr1metapz to enter the CS2 scene. No other details about the organisation itself or other members of the organisation were shared publicly either.

The team took part in a successful Regional Clash Arena Europe 2024 campaign, beating 3DMAX in the Grand Final, earlier today.
