Big W outlast st4rboys to book finals spot
The second semi-final of the Dust2 India - 1XBET Masters 17 pitted two relatively new names to Masters, as st4rboys took on Big W in a Bo3 clash.
Kicking off affairs on their pick of Ancient, Big W started their T-side by establishing an 8-4 lead on their T-side. While st4rboys tried their best at a comeback by converting the force buy, Big W ultimately raced past the finish line with a 13-7 win.
The second map Mirage was a much closer affair. With both teams securing 8 rounds on their CT side, the game headed to OT. It was hf who emerged as the difference maker, aa he propelled his team to victory on the back of a 1.55 rated performance.
The final map Anubis saw a back and forth exchange, as scores tied at the culmination of the first half. However, once on the CT side, Big W hit their stride. With CycloneF topping the charts with 21 kills, Big W cemented a 13-7 victory.
