Spirit become the first finalists in Shanghai

The first semi-final of the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 kicked off between MOUZ and Spirit. MOUZ were able to get their punish pick Nuke in the veto, where they started on the T-side. It was Brollan who led the server with 20 kills on the map, as MOUZ took home a 13-7 victory.

After a 0.36 rating on the first map, donk woke up for the second map Ancient. With magixx and donk lighting up the server, Spirit eased past MOUZ to secure a 13-4 win.

The final map Mirage turned into a pit fire, as despite a 2-5 deficit, Spirit were able to equalise at halftime. The switch to the T-side witnessed donk go above and beyond, as the CTs started to drop like flies. As a result, Spirit sealed the deal with a 13-7 win.
