s1mple headlines Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 show match

Perfect World has revealed the lineups for the Shanghai Major 2024 show match, which will have a couple of former Major winners, an F1 driver and a DOTA 2 star. The two teams that will battle it out in the show match, prior to the start of the Grand Final between Spirit and FaZe, have been named Team HAI and Team BYE.

Team HAI has a host of Major winners, which include Counter-Strike legend s1mple, Zeus and pashaBiceps. Along with the three former Major winners, French star JACKZ will be there and DOTA 2 player Yatoro will also join the Counter-Strike stars. Yatoro is a two-time The International winner, playing for Spirit and will be cheering for his organisation, as they battle it out in the CS2 Grand Final.

Team BYE on the other hand is the home team, featuring Chinese Counter-Strike players such as somebody, Summer and ChildKing, who currently play for Rare Atom. They will be joined by Chinese caster MachineWJQ and Formula One drive Zhou Guanyu.

The Show match will take place today at 12:30 IST with the Grand Final scheduled post that, for 14:30 IST.
