Train to make tier-1 appearance soon

Following's Valve's announcement of Train joining the Active Duty map pool in place of Vertigo, BLAST has revealed that the BLAST Bounty Season 1 will feature the map for the event.

The BLAST Bounty Season 1 get underway from January 14, 2025 with 32 teams fighting it out for the $50,000 prize pool in a single-elimination bracket. The MongolZ will be the only team from Asia at the event with the tournament also hosting teams such as Vitality, G2, Astralis, FaZe and NAVI amongst others.

Valve had revealed that Train will be replacing Vertigo for the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025, with the map making a return to the Active Duty map pool for the first time since May 2021, when it was replaced by Ancient.
