The MongolZ confirm withdrawal from BLAST Bounty Season 1

The Asian team will not play any official matches in January

The MongolZ have provided an official statement for their absence in BLAST Bounty Season 1, which starts in three days, citing health and well being issues as the reason. It was earlier revealed in BLAST's announcement that The MongolZ will not partake in the first tournament of the season.

Moreover, The MongolZ's top-rated player of 2024, Senzu, recently shared an Instagram story revealing an arm injury. While The MongolZ haven’t explicitly named the player, it’s plausible that Senzu’s absence is linked to their decision to not play in the tournament.

Senzu revealed his injury through an Instagram story on 30th December

The MongolZ were also invited to ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND 2025, but opted out due to a scheduling clash with The Bounty. The Bounty was the only tournament in January on The MongolZ's calendar for 2025. They will now kick off their run in the season with IEM Katowice 2025, which starts on 1st February.
